Street football and basketball are back.
Your city is full of public pitches standing empty. GPDO puts every one of them on the map — 1,500 and counting, across 301 cities — together with the games already on them. The mission: bring the pitches back to life and build a community around them.
Write us one line with the city you play in. That is how we decide which one opens next — and we will let you know when it does.

How it works
Three steps, no booking, no fees.
- Step one
Find a pitch
Open the map. Filter by sport, date, time and radius — 1, 5, 10 or 20 km. GPDO subtracts every booked game and shows you the gaps that are genuinely free.
- Step two
Find a game
See which games already have a spot open and who's in them. Join in one tap, or start your own and invite the people you follow.
- Step three
Go play
Turn up. It's a public pitch — there's nothing to pay and nothing to reserve.

Every public pitch in your city, already on the map.
Not club grounds you have to rent. Street pitches, cages and courts you can walk onto — with the games booked on them for the next seven days.
- Over 1,500 pitches across 11 countries — each one with photos, the sports it takes and how far it is from where you are standing.
- The free-slot finder subtracts every booked game from your window and returns only genuinely free gaps of 30 minutes or more.
- Missing a pitch you play on? Drag the map to the spot, pick the sport, add photos. It goes live once it's reviewed.
The game layer
No ghost games.
Every match shows its roster before you commit — real names, real faces, a live count of spots. What the card says is who's on the pitch.
- The roster is public. Names, @handles, ages — and a spot counter that fills in real time.
- Your people, up front. Every card shows how many people you follow are already in, avatars included.
- Nobody gets added. An invite is just an invite — you're in when you tap Join, not before.
- Games outlive their organisers. If the creator drops out, the match hands itself to a player still in.

Play with your friends. Meet the ones who keep turning up.
Follow the people you meet on a pitch and GPDO starts telling you when they're playing. The regulars at your local cage stop being strangers after the second week.
- Follow the people you play with. Every match card then tells you how many of them are already in it, with their avatars — so you know what you're turning up to.
- Find the ones who play what you play, where you play it. Opt in and GPDO tells you about new pitches and games near your home base.
- Then talk. One-to-one chat, in real time, with the people you've met.
- On your terms. Keep your account private and approve every follower.
And afterwards
Post your best goal. Keep the group together.
Your highlight from tonight goes up as a photo or a reel of up to 30 seconds — and lands in front of the people who actually play near you. The feed is ranked by how close the person posting is to you, so it stays your neighbourhood rather than a global firehose.

We're opening city by city. Tell us where to go next.
One line is enough. We will write back when your city opens, and not in between.
